Clients are not permitted to resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or replicate any white-label or proprietary components unless explicitly stated in writing. Ownership, usage limits, and licensing conditions are clearly defined per engagement to protect both parties.

Professional Conduct & Communication Standards
We maintain a professional, respectful working environment at all times. We have zero tolerance for any of the below mentioned. Abusive behaviour – including harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, insults, or hostile communication – will not be tolerated, and proper actions will be taken. We reserve the right to pause or terminate the engagement if professional conduct standards are breached, without liability or obligation to refund.

No Refund Policy
Due to the custom, high-investment, and resource-allocated nature of our work, all payments are final and non-refundable once made.
This applies regardless of:

This Policy ensures delivery focus and prevents speculative or trial-based engagements.

Training & Knowledge Transfer
Staff training, enablement sessions, and internal knowledge transfer are not included by default unless specified in the package.
Optional training programs, documentation, and workshops cam be provided as paid add-ons, scoped and invoiced separately based on team size and requirements.

Client Responsibility for Inputs & Approvals
Clients are responsible for providing accurate data, access, approvals, and timely feedback.
Delays or inaccuracies originating from the client may impact timelines and outcomes without liability on our side.

No Guaranteed Revenue or Performance Claims
While our systems are designed to optimize performance and efficiency, no guarantees are made regarding specific revenue, conversion rates, or financial outcomes.
Results depend on market conditions, execution, and client-side factors.

Limitation of Liability
Our Liability is limited strictly to the fees paid for the engagement.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Termination for Cause
We reserve the right to terminate an engagement if:

~ Payments are delayed or disputed
~ Communication becomes unprofessional
~ Legal or ethical risks arise
In such cases all payments remain non-refundable.
